For a good management in our class,we have to : create an safe environment for sharing,construct a building inclusion,having an open door from our soul,walking to the student's shoes,listening,listening,listening,sharing love and compassion,always be conecting with the students family,having interesting clasroom projects,stimulate performance and apreciate every step in students progress.
